Snowjoe arrived at my house two days before 5 inches snow. It was three weeks after rotator cuff surgery, so shoveling was not going to happen. After assembly it was “plug and play”. Nothing makes clearing snow at 8 degrees fun but my snowjoe made it doable.
Easy to use in light snow, I’m glad I went with the larger version. It’s very light, good because it’s not self propelled. throws snow a decent distance and is easy to use and only minor assembly Is required. I used it after a big storm and though the first full pass was difficult I took small cuts and it handled the snow no problem. I would recommend this product.
I was a bit skeptical, but the Snow Joe SJ627E exceeds my expectations. It handles snow very easily and throws the snow farther than I had expected. It's nice and light so I can carry it up to my deck and clean that too. I used this in conjunction with my gas powered, for the heavier, wet snow. But, this machine easily handles 6-8 inches at a time with minimal strain. I've used it for 4 storms this year with excellent performance. Make sure you invest in a good power cord. Well engineered for the price!
I received as a gift from my wife. I wasn't so sure that it would be any good but it worked better than I expected. Have used it after 3 snowstorms and am very impressed.
Extremely easy to assemble, very little to do. Extremely easy to maneuver, lightweight to use but don't let that fool you. Generally cleans right down to ground. Have gone thru about 10" of light fluffy snow without problems & have gone thru about 5" of wet heavy snow without issues. Have used on grass, deck, patio block & blacktop & maneuvered into tight spots without trouble. Easy to lift if you have to. Works well on all surfaces & has plenty of power. Once in a while the cord gets in the way but I chose to go with "no gas, no oil" so I can easily live with that choice. By the way, I'm a 67 yr. old woman who has no trouble using this or assembling this. And, to boot, customer service is wonderful. I (probably) pulled the belt of the pully by hitting stone edging a couple of times causing a vibration when in use. Called customer service & without hesitation they sent me a brand new one before I had even sent back the original!
