Switch went bad in first hour of use

I have used electric blowers for over 35 years. My former one needed parts that are no longer available. I purchased the Snow Joe 22 inch and used it for the first time the day after delivery. After the first hour, the switch failed with the blower running. The only way to stop it is to pull the plug. This did not give me a good impression. The blower did throw snow and I did clean my 70 foot driveway with the motor running constantly.

Broke in the first five minutes

I purchased this machine because I need something that will take less effort to clear my driveway in the winter time. We got a good snowfall (7 inches) and I was anxious to use it for the first time. Within the first five minutes the scraper on the bottom of the machine broke into 5 or 6 pieces and the discharge chute cracked in 3 places. Called customer support number and got a recording and a prompt disconnect. I am going to put it in the trash and go get a lightweight gas machine instead.

Snowblower was shipped faster than intended date, yea! Assembled quickly, used on last two recent snow storms. One about 4 inches heavy wet snow, the other 6 inches of powder. So far works great, especially given the base cost. Chute design is such that some snow sprays back between the top and bottom pieces of the chute when chute is facing ahead. Very lightweight, easy to handle, but has a tendency to want to pull towards one side. Handled small twigs well, surprisingly. Didn't jam. So far good, very pleased.

Great Product but customer service ???????

Have not used yet but it assembled very easy and waiting first snow storm. I setup an account and purchased an extended warranty but had question as to what was in the extended warranty they had to escalate the problem which could take up to 2 days also unable to get back into account as website was a problem again had to escalate might here back in 1 to 2 days auto chat is really unrealistic want to reregister and do a extended warranty on product.

Each yeay somes pieces broke

I had that snowblower for 3 years now and each years, something broke. First year i was the belt of the pullies than last year it was the scrapper and one off the blades on the auger. I fix it with a screw and bot bought in the hardware store, Snowjoe didn't have it in stock. This year, it was the left wheel which always get out. I am very disappointed of it.

Scraper blade will break & there is no replacement

The product worked well however some of the parts are extremely low quality plastic (e.g. scraper blade) which will eventually break. Mine lasted less than one season(3-5 uses). The replacement scraper blade hasn't been in stock for >2 years so it is basically useless.

Terrible product and even worse warranty!

Do not buy this brand. Their warranty is awful. I purchased less than a year ago and the auger and slide plate underneath already broke under normal circumstances, snowblowing my average driveway maybe 20 times. Then I call about the warranty and they tell me it basically only covers the parts of the snow blower that will never break, like the handle, replacement screws, etc. I am blown away that they say they have a 2 year warranty when really it doesn't cover any of the moving parts. Never ever buy!
