Does everything you expect from it and does it flawlessly... AND it is so eye-appealing and unobtrusive on our kitchen countertop (perfect-size footprint!). Gets used every morning and sometimes after dinner! Very, very satisfied with our purchase.

Really like the build quality. For the price, I did not expect all the stainless steel. And, though I’m not skilled yet at making the perfect cup, what I’m getting is great for me. Only complaint is the stainless grate, since it is easily scratched. Would have been nice if there was some sort of integrated heat resistant pad.
