plugged into several PCs and is not recognized, the manual does not help

Bought the 2TB model with the updated firmware so I can have another drive for backups but wanted a SSD for them. Got this to replace another brand of drive that was a piece of junk. It was so slow in it's data transfer that I got so angry at it that I physically destroyed it. So far I love it. It is very fast, nice and small so it easily will fit in your pocket and doesn't get very hot during use. Getting it on sale made it even better. I just now need to see if I can find a protective case for it.

Occasionally works fine, but most of the time continuously disconnects rendering it frustratingly useless. Never encountered these problems with other hard drives.

doesn't work on Mac

I bought the 1 TB version a while ago and it can't be formatted on a Mac. I have tried to remedy this issue on the Sandisk support page but it doesn't seem to work? the internet is full of reports and there is no solution by Sandisk/WD it's officially not affected so I guess there will never be a solution. I will buy from a more reliable manufacturer.
