Great overall

II love most things about the product. The only complaint I have is that the case isn’t very durable. I dropped the case a few times, which is my own fault but one time the top broke off by the hinge part. I love this product overall but I wish the case was made with better materials.

Great sound but lacking in reliability

Would love it if the buds would start every time I put it in my ears. The fact is I have to put it back to the charging box a few times before it finally starts. This is getting very annoying.

Runner earbuds

I bought and the sound is a game changer. The fit is also much better than other earbuds I have tried. I am a runner and sweat a lot, so shortly after one run, there was an issue with a static sound in left earbud. I don't know if it is from the sweat, but BOSE support is amazing and is sending out another pair. I hope it was a one-off otherwise I will have to shop around, again (sigh).

Wonderful Sound Quality and Great Features

The QC Ultra earbuds are a significant step above any other earbuds I have owned, even considering other offerings from Bose themselves. The sound quality is well beyond what I expected, and the spatial audio feature is truly immersive. Fantastic earbuds, I have heard none better at any price.

Phone call volume not good.

I bought the QuietComfort Ultra 3 weeks ago. The noise canceling and the sound are top of the line. They are a little difficult to get out of the case. The biggest issue that I have is the volume while on a phone call will nor go up. I have several different models of Bose and all of them will allow the volume to turn up on a call but not the QuietComfort Ultra.
