After Purchasing the ultra Bose quiet comfort earbuds me as a Barber I always have trouble finding a good earbud for me To understand people on the phone while cutting hair or vice versa them trying to hear me these headphones do exactly the SoundCloud is amazing. Sounds like you have a Soundsystem in your ear very good base, , highs and lows Very comfortable in the air. I used to experience pain in my ear after using certain earbuds throughout the day these ones don’t cause any pain they’re very comfortable if you want a high-quality earbud this one’s to go for.

Extremely happy with my Ultra earbuds! The best noise canceling earbuds by far! Sound is amazing and the tones are sharp and clear! The bad, No wireless charging and app seems buggy at times trying to find earbuds.

Very nice but low battery

Looks like they improve the noise canceling and the Modes are a lot easier and the application actually works so that's actually really good they did get rid of the wireless charging , you spend another $50 to buy some kind of other separate case for that which is aggravating and the battery on these doesn't last as long as the previous model

The best I've ever owned!

I bought these because about 15 years ago, I bought a pair of wired earbuds, which I have to this day with no problems, so I thought I'd take a try at these because my wired buds don't hurt my ears. I love the fact that it has 3 different size ear fittings. The sound is amazing to this day and if I had to buy another pair, even though they're expensive, I wouldn't hesitate to buy another pair!

Right earbud failed multiple times in a day

Today my right earbud failed. Earbuds were connected to device but right earbud did not give startup message and the noise cancellation did not work, while the left would connect with the sound.
I disconnected, removed pairing and tried repairing and even that didn't work. It took a good 30 mins of hard resetting and searching for device, it got connected but even this time it didn't connect the usual way.
Hope they don't fail on me. They are expensive and it's been close to a month I bought them.

Earbud II noise cancelling

For a few weeks everything was excellent! The sound quality, noise cancelling features (noise cancelling was almost scary to be honest) Though I was surprised when right ones audio stopped but showed connected on phone. After speaking with tech's it is being replaced. I have dealt with Bose sense 1976 (501 speakers) and they have great audio equipment. It took a bit of time to troubleshoot issue but is being corrected. Still amazed at noise canceling capabilities the earbuds have!
