I love the earbuds but there was no fix it kit in the box at all. I assumed it came with the earbuds.

Only had my ear buds for a few weeks and have used them a handful of times. So far I’m not too happy with my purchase, they keep rebooting and making a thumbing noise.
I am going to continue to use and hopefully these issues will go away

Decent hardware, buggy siftware

Buds are good. Top level noise canceling and decent sound. It's a shame they support Aptx loseless but not a regular Aptx (or LDAC). For Samsung users like me it means that only AAC is an option. Thus, sound quality suffers a blow there. However, the most annoying thing there is a Bose music app that is simply very buggy. You can use it to update firmware and initially set up your buds, and then wait for the moment when it will not be able to connect to your buds again (for me it usually takes a day or two). Of course, buds connect to the phone and work fine, just the app is useless. If you want to get the app connecting to the buds again, remove them from phone and app and clear a pairing list on buds first (long press on case button while buds in it and lid open until the resetting sequence completes and lights go off). Then you can connect buds to phone and app again. So my advise is to use the app for initially setup and then forget about it till the next time you want to update firmware.
