Excellent noise canceling

Dissapointing

I purchased these a few months ago and *when* they work, the sound is fantastic Recent sw updates now cause the left one makes this constant clicking noise. It has nothing to do with the incoming audio. I can disconnect the Bluetooth and the clicking noise continues. The clicking makes them useless. Such a shame. Another disappointment is the fact that will not couple with more than one Bluetooth source. This prevents me from using it to handle meetings on my PC for instance while listening to music on my cell phone. For the cost I would expect better performance.

Bluetooth Bust

Sounds quality is fantastic. The in ear feel is better than apple earpods. These are great, except for the bluetooth malfunction shortly after the warranty expired. So disappointed, out of the blue, no pun intended. Just stopped working. So bummmed.

I received these as a trade-in/ upgrade to my previous Bose quiet comfort earbuds. They function well, and the ability to change songs and listening modes with either earbud is certainly an improvement. The sudden failure of my right earbud warrants a lower star rating, though Bose is replacing them via warranty.

I originally bought a pair of Beats Fit Pro earbuds but returned them because the bass was weak. After watching reviews on Bose QC Ultras I placed the order and they sound awesome! So much better than I was expecting, the noise canceling mode is incredible and the equalizer lets you adjust to bass up to skull shaking levels if you’re into that
