Frequent traveler - love these!

Was concerned they weren't over-ear but was blown away by the noise canceling ability they have. I first out them in while seated in a busy food court area and was completely stunned how much noise was drowned out. I felt like I'd lost my hearing suddenly!
These are very comfortable to wear and have nice battery life.
The only drawback is that they will disconnect from my phone if I turn my (also paired) computer on. They only pair to one device at a time, and feels like they haven't figured out how to stick with the one you're trying to use. Easy fix tho and still very happy with them.

I got this for Valentine’s Day. What a great surprise. I love them. The sound quality is amazing. It is like surround sound you could hear off several speakers. I also love the color.

Great sound quality not so great hardware

Great sound quality but with the earphones not wanting to stay secure when I use them, them not connecting to the case properly and just how cheap the case itself feels I'd say save your money and go look at what Sony has to offer.

Fantastic earbuds

I bought this earbuds 2 weeks and it is one of the most comfortable earbuds every bought, in the past I have returned a few(not a Bose one though). The sound quality is amazing , ANC is next level, immersive sound is captivating and touch control males it so easy to get everything done without reaching out to your phone.

I really love the product. It is the only earbuds I’ve had that stay in comfortably, the audio quality is good, and I love them overall. The case however, not so much. The material it is made with feels very cheap, and is easy to break. The case doesn’t have wireless charging, it’s hard to pull the earbuds out of the case, and it’s just overall expensive to replace. I wish that they would add wireless charging, multi point connection, and make the case with better materials.

I'm sorry to hear that your charging case may have broken. If this does occur, the case can be replaced with respect to warranty conditions. A wireless charging case is also available for purchase separately, if this is preferred.

Great, except for one thing.

Sound quality is really great! Definitely happy with my purchase. The only issue I’ve experienced is an intermittent thing that happens that sounds like the ear buds are re-syncing or reconnecting or something. . Whatever I’m listening to get a bit louder and does a weird left to right or right to left panning effect. It’s kind of hard to describe in words.
