I was genuinely unimpressed with these ear buds. They were the latest release: Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra. While the sound was decent, the ANC was challenging to adjust and the transparency mode didn't work well at all. The fit was mediocre as well, even after changing out the wing-tips and the in-ear tips (one at a time, of course). To top it all off, if you use wireless charging, you'll need to shell out another $50. Honestly, at the price of the buds, that was completely unacceptable. They've been returned.

Charging issues

I bought these a month ago. They work fine but stay connected to my phone when I put them back into the charging case. I have to plug the charging case into a power supply before the earbuds will disconnect.

Let me speak the truth. First time i bought this I returned it back in 5 days because of the connectivity issues with my iPhone. Then after couple of months I decided to give it a shot after seeing reviews of customer. The new one that I got is amazing I love the output and especially, the immersion option. Totally worth it! It takes your listening to a whole new level. I’m very very impressed it. Connectivity issues give it some time for your phone and the earbuds to understand each other and then turn off and turn it on couple to times to pair with Bluetooth off your car or your iPhone. And it will work flawlessly.

I love all things BOSE! They sound great and fit well. Movies, music calls it all works seamlessly. I've strayed from base and regretted it. I'll stick with my BOSE from now on.
