great sound but sometimes the sound settings change. the process to get help with this is difficult and slow. Went through the process and still happens but not as much. Got to a lot another hour or so to go through the steps since we go disconnected.. .got to start over.

Poor call quality

Probably going to have to return these. The sound and ANC are amazing. However, the call quality for the other person is so poor that I have to use my Beats or phone instead to take a call. Every single person I've talked to using these has complained about how they can't hear me, and the background noises are super loud. As much as I love the sound/ANC, it's not efficient to carry two sets of earbuds. Mine have the latest firmware, and they are too expensive to hold onto while waiting for a firmware upgrade

Great, but keep disconnecting.

I love the sound. I use them with my Apple Iphone, and they seem to disconnect quite often, which is annoying. But the sound quality is better than my Apple Earbuds.

My Bose Quiet Comfort ear buds are exceptional in all regards and perform exactly as advertised! Quieting unwanted noise around me and at the same time delivering crystal clear music of my choice, all the while being extremely comfortable to wear for long periods of time.
