Great features!

I bought these to replace my older quiet comfort earbuds that my cute little puppy lost. Upon receiving them, I immediately test them out. LOVE THEM! The immersion feature is awesome. Of course, I end up finding my old earbuds, but I love these so much I’m just going to keep both!

Software Bose Music is Buggy

Hardware is good software is a letdown since most features need to be enabled on the bose music app and it crashes and the buds don't show as connected anymore

Great Sounds but a few things I don't like

The sound coming from the earbuds is phenomenal. I'm still learning how to control them and how to get them to fit into my ears properly. They fall out of my ear alot. Also I don't like that I can onl.y have one device connected at one time. Every time I am listening from my phone, then open my laptop, it will automatically change my connection to the laptop then I have to figure out how to get back to my phone. I have the BOSE over the ear and I might go back to them. Not sure yet.

QC Ultra Earbuds - Dual Bluetooth Capability

Bose QC Ultra earbuds are great sounding and the nose canceling capability is spectacular. Only shortfall is lack of dual bluetooth capability to allow seamless transfer / connection between devices. Process of switching sources is somewhat cumbersome using the charging case. Hope there is a software update by Bose to allow such capability in the future on these particular earbuds.

I love this earbuds since day 1. I use them for my long running routines and my travel, they allow you to stay in your music or whatever you want to listen with the great option to cancel the exterior noise.
