Glad I switched

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using Aftershocks and Air Pods for a few years and thought I’d try something different. Glad I did too. These are awesome. Great fit, great sound. When reading reviews a few people didn’t like how hard it was to take the ear buds out of the case. I have big fingers and they are easy to grab. No issues there. The set up is easy and the app is fun to play with. Highly recommend.

Thank you for your post. If you have the Immersive Audio and Auto Volume on, the battery life is greatly reduced to three Hours. This is due to the additional processing power needed to support the feature. However, a ten-minute charge provides up to two hours of use. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bose has been great anytime I needed to send back a product for a new one or when I bought a refurbished item. My last purchase was a new Ultra Quiet buds. One of the settings want working. The tap 3 times to be back to previous track. No matter how many time I tried, it simply wasn’t working. Returned for new ones. We will see if this default setting works with new buds.
