Poor conection unfortunately, is not charging properly sometimes, it also got disconected with the app , what is happening bose?

Over the last 12 months I’ve tried five of the leading earbuds ($199+) and the Bose Ultra QC earbuds are superior. I travel a lot for work and pleasure, and noise cancellation is a must. The Bose Ultra Earbuds delivers on five key metrics for me, Fit, call clarity, Sound quality, noise cancellation and battery longevity. These earbuds surpassed my every expectation. I’ve even used them during workouts and the customized fit rings keeps them tightly secured in my ear.
I love them so much that I bought a pair for my wife, she’s always preferred the “over the ear “ models until now.
Bose, I tip my hat to your engineers, you’ve done an exceptional job with the Ultra QC earbuds.

Very good features minus one

Great product, very happy wish. Wish transparency was a little bit better when trying to talk to people. Music doesn't mute or volume. Doesn't turn down a little one talking to people.
