Almost perfect

I want to love these and they are almost perfect. The sound is awesome and the noise cancelling is the best. I’m a long distance runner and after a couple of hours they start to hurt my ears. I tried different size inserts and that didn’t solve the problem. I think I’m going to switch to the over the ears kind, unfortunately!

Great on most levels

Just got these a week ago and the anc is amazing but when speaking while at a theme park I had to talk pretty loud for the other lesson to hear me and that was worth anc all the way up. Also the bus intermittently go in and out with a quick bit of static and when watching a movie with them in it sometimes goes in and out for about 2 seconds.

Great sound terrible connection

I bought these late last year the sound is amazing as well as the noise cancelling. The problem is they never work. One day the left doesn't work then the right doesn't work then they both dont work. Then one day they decided not to charge. Then one day they refused to read that the headphones were installed. If they actually worked they would be great but just get AirPods you dont have to guess wether they will connect i got stuck on a 8 hour flight with no headphones because they decided to stop working and that was the last straw

Phone calls not so good for the other person.

Great Noise cancelation. telephone calls, the person hears all the outer noise unlike the user witch gives good quiet sound.

Great Noise cancelation. Bad and useless app.

I bought these a month ago and use them daily. The noise cancelation is much better than the last Bose wired N/C item in which I loved. But the app is mostly useless. Its spotty at best. On your phone you can use the mode area, if it shows connection which at most times it doesn't. But on other items such as a computer it doesn't give you that option. The app is very disappointing, but the three modes are very good.

The comfort is very good no dual connections and no fast charging and the app keep on disconnect. Wish I could control noise cancellation level.

Good Sound Not So Good App

Sound is great, absolutely currently earbuds with best in sound cancellation, balanced audio, good fit. However, to fully realize all the sound features, you need the Bose Music app on your cellphone. Control of the earbuds through the app is awkward particularly if you regularly use two sets of Bose earbuds and/or if you are constantly changing the connected device (from cellphone to computer to TV to Tablet, to Car, etc)
