Bought this not long ago, so far so good. They actually stay in my ears (not like the QuietConfort 2). The only thing I would say is that the touch is a lil too sensitive when I sleep with them on (due to the ringing in my ear, I need soft noises to fall asleep). My pillow keeps pausing it or changing to between aware, quiet and emergency. Aside from that, Great Earbuds.. The only thing I would add would be wireless charging and the find my headphones feature (guess you can’t have everything)...

best sound for really small and comfortable earbuds. I used them a lot for my work out and for working at home too. Noise cancelling is amazing too

I have 7 ear devices including 4 noise canceling earbuds. This latest one had some issue with left one but when I contacted support, I was issued a brand new one! Excellent support and I believe bose has the best sound and noise canceling devices including this ultra.

Earbuds sound great, noise canceling is great. But, I am never able to connect to the app so all the modes and extras are unavailable. I will be returning them.

Awesome sound! These earbuds intensify the music. The feature where the sound increases when you turn your head is a first. I love the volume control on the bud itself. They are comfortable in my ears. I've walked in them, ridden bikes and have fallen asleep with them. I need noise canceling to help me fall asleep and concentrate at work. I was skeptical at first because of the price. But a lot has gone into making the Bose QCUE. Bose produce quality products w/great sound & many needed features to make life easier.
My prior buds were Samsung Gear. They have good sound but no comparison to these.
I shopped around. Looked at Jlab, Beats, Skull & HK. But I found these to offer more features. A tad higher in price to some but the old adage you get what you pay for. In this case it's true. The Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra produce such quality sound I'll only use Bose
