Headphones have decent sound but cut in and out. Also the sensitivity to touch gets annoying as it stops your music or changes the song if you bump them.
For the difference in price I would probably consider apple AirPods.

Thanks for your review. We are sorry to hear about this issue you have experienced with your earbuds Ultra. Some wireless devices can cause interference with a Bluetooth signal. If there are other wireless devices nearby (i.e., 2.4 GHz router or cordless phone, wireless speaker adapters, home security motion sensors, fluorescent lights, microwaves, etc.), disconnect one at a time and check if the issue improves. If so, consider relocating your product or the device.

I bought the QC ultra earbuds a week ago and I'm in love with it. The sound quality, the bass. Noice cancelling and inmersive mode are the best. 100% recommended it. Worth every penny

Best I've heard, by a bunch. I should have known. When I was younger I went through a bunch of speakers until I finally stepped up a bit and bought BOSE. Far outweighed the competition then, same for the earbuds.

A disturbing problem with Ultra's.

I am not sure what to make of it, but the ultra's inexplicably just stop and drop their connection for no apparent reason. That never happened with my Quiet Comfort II.

Drops in connections could be attributed to a few different things, so please make sure that you stay within 33ft/10m of the source device, be aware of electrical items and other obstacles around you that may cause interference, and if the connection is potentially corrupt, try resetting and establish a new pairing.
