Great noise cancelling and quick connection. My wife has oddly small ears and normally has trouble with earbuds fitting, but these were great!
previous model seems to have had a battery/connection issue, but Customer Service was excellent and quick to help.

1)Doesnt support multi point Bluetooth 2) Bose app connection is very glitchy on Android 3) connection with Android Bluetooth is glitchy 4) Equalizer on App should provide more customisation
