Poor connection, product keeps disconnecting at random even though it is only paired to my phone .

I bought in these in October on the hunt for headphones and have really enjoyed them. The wingtip helps them stay in my ear and I really like the sound.

best earbuds & customer service

I returned my beat head phone and I bought this a few month ago and love them best decision that sound is way better and I love the cancel out sound mood when I am at the gym. my left ear bud did go out but the Bose customer is amazing on helping replace them because I can not go back to any other headphone after buy the Bose quiet comfort ultra buds
