MY WIFE BOUGHT THESE FOR ME AS GIFT; I LIKE THEM BUT THERE IS A BIG PROBLEM: THEY ARE NOT HOLDING THE CHARGE!!!! WHY? MAY HAVE TO RETURN UNLESS YOU CAN CORRECT

Impressive to say the least

I was skeptical at first. After mountain biking, working around the house using power tools, driving in my old truck. around town. These are amazing I am ordering a set for my wife.

Almost perfect headphones but received faulty pair

I had the previous version of these earbuds and they were the best earbuds I ever had by far. I was excited to get the new ones and so far I love the updated features like immersive listening, added touch controls, and finer customization with fitting. However, this particular pair has not functioned properly since day one. They frequently disconnect or wont even connect to my phone at all and this is super frustrating. However after spending 30 minutes on chat with a rep they are finally sending me a new pair which I greatly appreciate. I am assuming this will work fine in which case these deserve a 5 stars absolutely!

The first time I tested it was surprisingly amazing, by the quality of the sound, the noise cancelling, the aware mode. Very good, and a fare price.
