Awesome sound and features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best gift ever! I was so surprised to get these! I have been a Bose sound user for over 20 years! I have a large Bose sound dock with uses my Bluetooth and radio, 2 portables around the house and just purchased one for my patio. Bose sound system even makes a difference when I purchase a car! The earbuds just add to my collection of amazing sound!Awesome

Great, except on an airplane

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had these for a month now, they do the work as expected, except for when you're on an airplane, where while the sound cancellation is decently okay, you can't really listen to the music or a podcast, the noise cancellation probably suppresses the other audio as well

The touch features are super sensitive
The fit pretty okay I think I’ve got tips on that are too big.

Good ANC but new QCs sseemto be better value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Ultras along with the new QCs to test the Noise Cancellation and overall features. I picked the QCs bc they are less bulky, have a low-latency feature, voice control, hopefully a better app. The difference in noise cancellation seems negligible. And the QCs are much lower in price.

Amazing product! One big issue...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these around 9 months ago and have gone through a couple exchanges. Overall these are the best earbuds I've ever had, noise cancelling is phenomenal and I've totally taken naps with them in. The reason for my exchanges however, is the dreaded high pitched robotic noises in the left bud. It was the first thing I noticed when I put them in for the first time, but I initially thought it was a one time issue, it was not.
After a few exchanges there were varying degrees of the noise, some being louder than others which unfortunately ruins the listening experience for me, especially when the one reason for buying them was for the silence. I have tried all the troubleshooting and support there is but I guess the sound is just part of the product, depending who you are, it could be a deal breaker, but these are just too good to pass up.
I ended up landing on the ones I have now which still has a little bit of the noise, but much less intrusive than the previous ones. Otherwise amazing sound quality and experience with these earbuds, touch controls are natural and pretty useful when I don't have my phone on hand. I do recommend grabbing a case for these fellas as well, the hinge of the lid also vary in their structure, some of them being looser than others.

Really Good, but Not Quite Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fit is good, but not great. They're fine for all-day wear and some light exercise, but not good for vigorous exercise. Sound quality is excellent; great bass response and crystal clear treble. Could get louder, in my opinion.
