I'm only giving it a three because the volume sucks when speaking to another person on the phone call but everything else is perfect. Please fix on next update

Thanks for your review. The Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds have an adaptive microphone system that allows you to use them during calls when connected to any smartphone. In addition to traditional calls, the earbuds work with many apps that use Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), such as Teams, Zoom, or FaceTime. The microphone system adapts to your environment to isolate your voice from competing background noises and wind.

Feels like a downgrade from Quiet Comfort 2

I preferred the previous model. The noise cancelling was superior. I do have a glitchy product though and am getting a replacement, so maybe it's just an issue with these ones.

Wrong product for my need.

I bought these earbuds for my wife so she would not have to listen to my snoring. But it seems like that is not the intent of this produce as she still hears everything. This product must be for listening to music while canceling out extraneous noise. My big mistake.

Not so happy. Sound is below the quality of other Bose headphone. Can’t get a good seal. Probably returning.

Thanks for leaving your thoughts on your recent purchase, John. I'm sorry to hear the product didn't live up to your expectations.
With reference to not being able to get a good seal, this could be attributed to having the wrong tips/stability bands installed. Not all ears are symmetrical, so you may need a certain size in one ear, and another size in the other. We include 3 different sizes of tips in the box for your convenience, and we have a great fit-test built directly into the Bose Music app that you can use to test how well you have the buds inserted into the ear.

Immersive mode amazing!

Depth of sound is amazing when in immersive mode! Quite an improvement over the prior version of the ultra earbuds! Ony problem is I want to just listen quietly to my favorite tracks and not do anything else!
