Absolutely horrible product. I do not recommend. Sound is mediocre, not great with Android, and bud is ill-fitting for the price point.

Design or manufacturing defect

I’ve had these Bose earbuds a few weeks and the sound quality is amazing but there seems to be a problem with the them. From time to time one side goes dead and recharging doesn’t seem to help. It may be a design or manufacturing defect.

Can't get app to recognize my device.

I purchased these Quietcomfort Ultras for myself for Christmas. First of all I was unable to use the $20 discount I was supposed to get for signing up to receive adds. But worst of all, I have had them for about a month, and still can't get them to work with my network. Seemingly everything goes correctly, but the software can never find my device. Bluetooth works, but the app won't work to control anything because it's not recognized by the app.

Hello Dave, the QuietComfort Ultra earbuds are Bluetooth headphones, they do not require a Wi-Fi connection. Only the Bose Music app needs a network connection. Customer service is exceptional. They listen to your concerns and go beyond with their assistance. I started using Bose about a year ago and fell in love with their products. I even shared it with my partner and he ended up getting a set of quiet comforts of his own. 10/10 will recommend this brand
