Everything about the headphone itself is great, the sound and comfortability. This is the third in ear headphones I've gotten from Bose, the one thing I feel has gotten worse after each generation is the case. It's more and more difficult to take the buds out and putting them back in which each one.

Sound and Silence

I purchased this about a month ago. While the "sound and silence" is phenomenal, the audio connection is not very stable. Also, there are random static sounds that I'm not too thrilled about.
The buds fall out no matter which size tip. That may be my defect, not sure.

Hello Dave, I'm sorry to hear you're not completely happy with your QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds! Make sure you're in "Quiet" mode, and try disabling "ActiveSense" within the Bose Music app. This will give you the full experience of noise cancelling.
