Disco issues

The sound is fantastic but the connectivity needs a lot of work. They disconnect from my phone all the time. Just sitting,riding my bicycle,at the gym. They just disconnect and I have to get out my phone and reconnect them. If I use them for an hour it will happen at least two or three times. This is very annoying. When they are working they are great.

They fit so well

I love these earbuds. They are so comfortable. Noice Canceling works even better than QC earbuds. I just need to be careful not to loose them especially during traveling.

Superb sound as usual from Bose. Immersive feature is awesome. Crystal clear music is fun to listen. I am disappointed with the quality and feel of the case. The cost should match the workmanship. Bose should keep the product of hight quality standard. There is uneven gap between the case lid and the container.

Earbuds quite comfort while on fhe airplane

Noise cancelling feature is truly amazing. I was a n the plane and thought for a sec plane engines just stopped. Sound quality is amazing.

Sounds is amazing. ANC is amazing. The connection between my earbuds and my phone dropping every 4 minutes on a 30 minute bike ride, is not amazing. A weird sticky residue leaking out of my right earbud was not amazing. Called customer service and they are warranting it. That’s amazing.
Solid 3/5. If these new buds don’t drop connections, easy 5/5.

Thanks for the feedback! We're thrilled you love the sound and ANC, but understand your frustration with the connection drops and residue. Neither should be happening. With connection drops, unpairing and establishing a new connection can usually resolve the problem. Making sure your firmware is fully updated is also a good idea.

Surpurb Comfort and sound

Bought these for a Christmas gift to my daughter who has complained of irritating other ear pods, she told me she absolutely loved the fit and sound of the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds. she uses them every day in her car on the way to work. Needless to say I'm quite happy with my purchase. The Reason I went with the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds is because I had previously bought them for myself and I love them too
