took out from case and did not connect to phone have to put back to case again and repeat to be connected. so much back ground noise to other listener, have to switch from noise isolation to immerse so other side could hear what I am talking. Could not get full charge , only to 90% when put in case and diminished gradually to 70 % in case after 2h or less hours . It seemed the case did not charge. I think the previous model without ultra does not have this problem. the announce of battery I could not hear very well . I do not know if it is full or fall. Another Bose Home Run

This was my Christmas gift to myself. I've been a Bose fan all my life, and doubt that will ever change. These ear buds are phenomenal! With numerous listening modes preprogrammed, and the ability to devise your own listening modes, there is no reason not to be happy. Initially I had a few connection issues, but found they were my phone's fault and not the Bose. I love the color blue they used. The sound is just the best I've ever heard from a set of earbuds, but after all they are Bose. There is no reason not to try a pair, as they are easily returnable. I doubt that will be an issue. I'm just so happy with these earbuds!!! Greg

I have owned each version of Bose quiet comfort earbuds from generation 1 to the current Ultras. I upgraded to the Ultras from Quiet Comfort II. I love the QCII's, but am even more impressed with the Ultras... specifically the immersive sound. Great sound. Great fit. Very satisfied.

The latest version of the QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds are simply amazing! I have been using Bose Earbuds for many years. My wired set still works. The latest upgrade to Ultra Earbuds has confirmed that Bose is determined to stay ahead of the competition with products and applications.
They feature total sound blocking. They are comfortable to wear and stable in the ears. The amazing sound and the new spatial effects make these the best Earbuds ever
I look forward to any future upgrades from Bose.

Bad right out of the box

Right earbud stays on and drains all the battery when stored in charging case. Had to return.

Thanks for your review. Other new features include Snapdragon Sound certification, using hi-res audio and low latency codec, Qualcomm aptX Adaptive, and Google Fast Pair. QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds also feature a new metallic finish on earbuds, as well as a new notch/key alignment feature for stability bands that makes them easier to swap in and out.
The Single-bud Use feature allows you to take calls and listen to music using one bud. It will also seamlessly switch between your earbuds, and switches automatically if one of the earbuds runs out of battery or disconnects from Bluetooth.
