I have had the Ultra Earbuds for approximately three weeks now. I use them regularly when I work out at the gym. I also use them at work. I had purchased a competitor's ear buds prior to my Bose purchase. There is no comparison. I will, hands down, give Bose the win every time. Bose Ultra Earbuds stay in my ears, even while sweaty at the gym. The noise canceling Bose has developed is superlative. It works exceptionally well, even in a manufacturing environment. I will continue to purchase Bose products with hesitation. My first Bose purchase was in 1986. It wasn't my last. Bose has earned my business. I still have my first purchase from Bose, a set of 501 speakers. You can't go wrong with Bose.

Comfortable buds without the sacrifice

Bose quiet comfort ultra exceeded my expectation for sound, noise cancelling and bass. Bose has been a leader in sound for so long, you forget what clear, great sound is like in a small earbud. Well worth the money. My only con is that they are a little bulkier than their competitors. However, they stayed in my ear tightly.

I hate them

The pair I received is defective. The battery drains in about 2.5 hours. This is my third pair of Comforts and I LOVED one and two. I have tried for 3 days to reach support unsuccessfully.. I am very unhappy with Bose at this time.
Notwithstanding for the brief period that they work the noise cancellation is exceptional.

It's fantastic to hear how you enjoyed the noise-cancelling of the product, but it's very disappointing to hear you've had issues with the battery draining unexpectedly fast. For reference, battery life should be 6 hours with Immersive Audio off and 4 hours with Immersive Audio on.

not great but good

bought them two weeks ago and seams to be ok, nevertheless they have a sound i do not like, when I tray to put them inside my ears, they make this sound like static, i am considering have them returned.

Awful shape change

They’re awful. I loved earlier models so I decided to upgrade. They’re too big for my ears and not the canal but the part that goes in the ear opening. Now when I lay on anything they stick out so far it adjusts them and they no longer work to silence my spouses snoring. And sleeping with them in is painful due to this. I will be attempting to return and downgrade to older set.

No way to know if it is turned off. If you just take it out of ear it is still on.
