Sounds great could be better in immersiveMode

Sound cancellation is great . I like immersive mode
but I don’t like the way music moves around in my head we I move my head. When I’m in immersive mode it seems to jump into another mode for a second and then return back to immersive settings it’s distracting and annoying, it happens abut every two minutes. It’s bad enough that I’ve stopped using it . I feel like I paid for something that doesn’t work properly

Great when they work.

I’m a long time customer and BOSE is my go to brand for anything audio. I use my earbuds daily so I was pretty excited for these new buds. Unfortunately they have not lived up to to the high standard of the brand. They cut in and out and lose Bluetooth connectivity often and it’s extremely annoying. Especially when you consider the price. And yes, I’ve done all the recommended solutions to try and fix the connection to no avail. I have iPhone 15 and everything is up to date. I will be sending these back which is a first for me with BOSE. Honestly I believe when you pay top dollar for top notch headphones, they should work out of the box with minimal trouble. That’s my experience in the past with BOSE. I am still a BOSE fan, they get it right more than they get it wrong, just not this product.

When performing Bluetooth troubleshooting, it is good to also power cycle your phone (turning the phone off and on again) as this will reboot the Bluetooth system and help restore a strong pairing between the phone and the earbuds. Would give them 5 stars for fit and ANC. but not having multipoint is a bigger negative than I thought it would be.

Amazing noise canceling

Purchase these a few months ago and while the noise canceling while on a plane is AMAZING, they don't seem to stay in my ears well (and not for lack of trying). I also noted they aren't as quick or as easy to connect to your iPhone as my AirPods. That's unfortunate because I end up fumbling around a lot when I get a call to get them connected properly and then hope they don't fall out of my ears. I am considering returning them since I don't fly enough to make this investment just for my once per month cross country business trip. Although, I initially purchased them so I wouldn't have to carry the more bulky headphones when I fly.

If you have tried all the different sized ear tips and stability bands, and are still finding the earbuds are not secure in your ear. You will be glad to know that we have an alternate sized ear kit that are available to order. They will ship this month on Wednesday 13th for black eartips and Friday 29th for the white set. First Bose product I’ve owned that I’ve been disappointed in - has connection issues with every song I listen to or video I watch - so frustrating - quality of sound of wonderful - when it’s working properly
