Incredible sound quality — the immersive sound feature is very impressive and makes it seem like you are live in concert. The quiet mode (noise cancellation) is industry-leading. You can’t hear hardly anything when it is on. I’m very impressed with my purchase and I really like the nice blue color. I highly recommend these and would not hesitate to buy them again.

No good with phone

Purchased these earbuds approximately 2-3 weeks ago. While listening to music the sound is great 5 stars. While trying to talk to people on the phone people on other end of call complain they cannot hear me and all kinds of back ground noise. 0 Stars for using as phone

Some good, some need improvement

Overall, I think the fit and performance is above average, however the controls really suck!
If I need to adjust the bud in my ear, it stops playing. If I tell it to start playing again sometimes it does and sometimes it takes so long that I touch it again and then it starts playing and then stops cause I touched it again...all delayed. I should be able to change how the commands work to fit the way that I use them. I want to control everything about them and for this amount of money, I should be able to change all the controls.

These are the best earbuds I have ever used. And I have owned all of the previous best earbuds that are in the market. The noise cancellation is out of this world. I love these earbuds

I bought these earbuds to replace some apple earbuds and there is no comparison. The Bose Quietcomfort Ultra earbuds have awesome sound quality and the fit in the ear is a great fit.

Not sure these are worth it

I was really hoping for a revolutionary fit and sound. Nothing compares to the sound of Bose original earbuds, honestly, and what's being produced from this earbud is sub standard and comparable to its competitors. I try many different sports earbuds while running, and this just does not sound superior. I have tried every combination of earbud size with backing sizes to get a secure fit in each ear, and I still find myself having to adjust constantly while running. What's worse, is when you touch the earbuds to adjust them, it activates a touch feature like "song advance" or "pause," or changes the mode. EVERY. TIME. Wildly frustrating.

Not much of an upgrade from last year's model

I have the ones from last year, and thought it would be worth seeing what the so-called upgrade is about. Spatial sound is nothing special, in fact in between songs when a DJ is talking the voice sounds weird. For some reason I think the bass sounds better on the quiet Comfort 2. Hopefully they'll have better upgrades for this instead of just leaving the last ones in the dust after a year.
