Great sound/ poor fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned Bose products for many years. I was excited to upgrade to the ultras from my quietcomforts. The sound quality is awesome along with the ANC. My quietcomforts were always "comfortable" for me. That unfortunately changed with the new design of the ultras. They were very painful to wear for over 20 minutes, even after trying different tips. I returned them
