Outstanding Sound but otherwise problemmatic!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compared to my Bose (original version) Quiet Comfort Earbuds, these SOUND much better. Unfortunately when I'm out walking with my samsung Galaxy S22 ultra, these new Quiet Comfort Ultras frequently disconnect from bluetooth...then I have to put them back in the case and try several times befire they will reconnect!!!! Also the touch controls on these earbuds DO NOT WORK MOST OF THE TIME.

I served in the military so when training or weightlifting, these definitely got the job done right. Clear and crisp sound without worry of them falling out made them even better. From the sleek design to the outstanding performance, I would 100% recommend these to many of my friends.
