Loud humm sound in left ear bud

Change the earplugs to old Bose 20 format

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought almost all the noise cancelling headphones. The best one is still the Bose 20 which I am still using it after over 10 years. The silicone earplugs are just superor. The newer QC ultra earbuds are really uncomfortable to my ears. I wish Bose would consider switching back to the old Bose 20 format, sizing and material. Please consider it.

Amazing product

I am enjoying the best noice canceling and the music is oh my god muah.. my opinion with this experience no one can beat the game with Bose. Well Bose comes with some flaws, I experienced some unpleasant behaviors from Bose QC earbuds 2. I experienced connection issues with my iPhone/16 pro max and also one of my ear bud/ left one keeps on losing connection from my ear which if very annoying sometimes. I have to reset it or connect my headphones to my iPhone multiple times. Mic does pick up my own voice when yell or call someone from far as well as when I’m in the commute when transit bounce on bumps I can feel those beats in my ear through headphones(I tried AirPods Pro 2 to compare, I don’t experience that unpleasant sound going back in my ear) / feel like some heavy echo going in my ears with those external nice. On a note, this experience was so worst with 1st generation of QC earbuds. Bose did improve that part but don’t think they achieved 100% success on it. always work on progress. Overall, I am music lover and it makes my soul dance when I put them on with immersion experience mind blowing. I still give 5 stars because the pros over comes cons. My pros are music and noice cancellation.

The headphones over the ear are great, I think there is nothing better than the QC Ultra, I could have some complaints when it comes to the earbuds, but they are the best ones I have used before, and don't make me talk about the speakers, they are just great.

Great sound and excellent noise canceling!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these almost 2 months ago and I love them! They are great for listening to music and phone conversations. These earbuds are also perfect for loud venues (concerts, NHL hockey games), I used them as earplugs for the noise canceling when I couldn't get the squishy earplugs to stay in, they cut down the "noise" but I could still hear everything around me and have a conversation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s buggy sometimes but other than that they are way batter than airpods in my opinion. Comes with a EQ so you can tune it what you like. Also I have weird ears and regular airpods don’t fit but they come with a bunch of stuff that eliminate that problem immediately
