I love these little ear buds. I have tried other ear buds in the past and none compare to these. I normally find ear buds to be uncomfortable, these have 3 different size ear pieces and a fitting guide to maximize comfort and sound quality. The sound quality is top notch, you are immersed in the sound. When you put these buds in they adjust to cancel all the other noise out. I don't know how but from the first time I put them in standing in the middle of the busiest hospital in the state the room went silent. I absolutely could not hear the people or machines around me. Just putting these on to have silence is nice. The sound quality once they are on makes you feel like everything is going on around you, if listening to music it's like you're in the middle of a concert or standing in the middle of the show. The sound is encompassing. Bose carries a very well respected name and for a reason. These are the best buds I have ever owned. They also have a very long battery life. I charged them when I received them and have not recharged them in over a week and my case is still holding strong and charing the buds themselves to stay at 100%. I have used my buds daily to talk on the phone for an hour twice daily and at least 2 hours listening to music daily.

The best Bose headphones I've ever had and they have exceptional sound quality. These QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds are replacing my Apple Airpod pros, and the sound quality far exceeds that of Apple.

I have been completely blown away by the sound quality of these Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds. I had been using (first-gen) Apple AirPods and these blow them out of the water. Not only is the charging case super efficient and sleepy t the Earbuds themselves are sleek and super comfortable. They came with already have a great amount of battery life and charge up really fast. They also pair with my Apple iPhone within seconds so I was ready to continue my workout without a hassle. These Earbuds really are quiet and comfortable. All outside distractions were pleasantly ignored so I could focus on my workout, housework, or shopping in peace. I totally recommend these Earbuds! The quality, function, and peace of mind are all you need for whatever music, streaming film, or meeting coming your way. These Earbuds just work with no fuss and feel great!

I brought the NC 2 and then I found about the ultra NC and I am very happy with the aware mode and the music.. my God I did not realize that I was dancing in the street while walking

Sometimes "New and Improved" is just "New". I ordered these to replace a pair of QCII earbuds that I loved and unfortunately lost. I had high hopes for the new ones. The first problem was that they wouldn't seal in my left ear for some reason. It tried the different size inserts and surrounds to no avail. It would stay in my ear but just wouldn't completely seat like the right one. When they were in my ears, the noise cancellation was not nearly as impressive as the QC II ones I had previously. In quiet mode, I'm used to feeling completely isolated from the rest of the world. The QC ultra just didn't provide this for me. Ultimately, I returned them and got another set of the QC II that, once again, work great for me.

Hello, our QuietComfort Ultra earbuds do have new features, such as our Bose Immersive Audio and the addition of Immersive Audio settings for Custom Modes. Other new features include Snapdragon Sound certification, using hi-res audio and low latency codec, Qualcomm aptX Adaptive, and Google Fast Pair.
If you are finding the left earbud is not sitting in your ear correctly, I'd recommend that you try changing the ear tip and stability band as you may have the incorrect fit for your left ear. The correct combination will create a seal within your ear.
