The battery life is lot shorter than Bose advertised. User manual should be included.

Thank you for your feedback on the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds. Just to let you know, here are the details regarding battery life and charging: When Immersive Audio is turned off, the earbuds offer up to 6 hours of battery life. With Immersive Audio enabled, the battery life is reduced to approximately 4 hours. The charging case, when fully charged, provides an additional 18 hours of battery life.
As for charging times, the earbuds take about 2 hours to fully charge, while the case requires around 3 hours. Additionally, a quick 20-minute charge can give you up to 2 hours of use.
