So disappointed

Awful. This is the worst version of my favorite ear buds. I'm so disappointed! Left ear bud intermittently fails and has no charge nor the ability to charge, so frustrating.

Very disappointed. I like my original Quiet Comfort much better. (Until, without my permission you changed my 3 quiet settings to 2). My new ones don’t block as much noise, they readjust every time I hit a bump. Screw the new sound features and concentrate on the old QUIET.

The best noise cancelation you can get.

The Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds are amazingly wonderful! I am very sensitive to noise, and I happen to work at a very noisy office. The earbuds' noise cancelation is just incredible. I set them in the ‘quiet’ mode, and I don’t hear absolutely anything but my music. I use them every day, and sincerely, I don’t know how I manage to survive at my loud office before these earbuds. They are pricey, but totally worth it. I love them so much that I have 2 pairs, so that when I’m at work I can replace the discharged pair with the fully charged. These were/are a life changer for me; I fully recommend them!

Near Silent ANC

Sometimes, in a noisy cityscape, I'd like a quick escape to near silence, and Bose does it. It's actually better, subjectively speaking, than my Sony top tier consumer headband ANC. The thing is, Sony takes a while with the mics to cancel them out, but Bose instantaneously takes all noises out. There is a slight vacuum and static noise feeling with these, but it's negligible to be an annoyance.
