So happy on buying these earbuds, and being in the Bose family. Comfortable to wear all day. Features are easy to use. Battery charge lasts longer than advertised. Unbelievable sound.

Be careful

Noticeable software errors or something wrong with the case. I've had these for a couple days and of the earbus has issues charging or doesn't charge at all. Software was already checked and the case is blinking an error code. I would be careful of this product.

Lose bluetooth signal

Great sound, but my headphones lose Bluetooth signal. Don't understand why if the battery is full.

Buy if you wanna waste money

These headphones are 200 plus and will break faster than headphones you find at a gas station. These are my second pair of quiet comforts after the 1st one broke. It'll be my last pair.

Bose cheated me

A week after I bought them, you upgraded the case withought offering me the upgrade unless I cough up another fifty bucks. I really feel cheated by Bose for this unforgivable act - almost criminal. You would have these upgraded cases ready to go when I purchased mine. Yes, the earbuds are great, but every time I stick them in my ears I am reminded how I was cheated by Bose. And you send way too many emails trying to get me to buy Bose stuff. I have a pair of Bose headphones I bought decades ago that I still use.
