Sound quality very good, but hard to use controls

Very good sound quality, but controls for volume, off/on, and modes are very difficult to use. Volume control on the earbuds is virtually impossible to use. I'm keeping the earbuds but only because of sound quality and comfortable fit. Will just have to use my iphone for any changes in volume.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear you were not impressed by the noise cancellation feature. Bose prides itself on the pioneering research that goes into making active noise reduction headphones/earbuds, so I'd want to explore what aspects made you find them ineffective. First, I'd suggest checking you're using the correct size tips and stability bands. An improper fit reduces the seal which adds a level of passive reduction, next the buds have different modes, some of which are designed to allow sound in via the microphones. Excellent Noise Cancelation

I bought the QC Ultra Earbuds last month in blue. When I put them on, they shut out the rest of the office, which is what I want. They stay charged for a long time, and when I do need to charge them, it's quick. The case is sturdy and keeps the earbuds locked inside until ready to use. My only complaint is that it's a bit difficult to get them out of the case.

Very disappointed

I've had these for about 2 weeks and I very disappointed. I've tried many combinations of tips and rings and I can't get a secure fit. In addition the volume doesn't seem to adjust loud enough. I would have given them a one. star but the sound is nice. These were a replacement for my QC earbuds that fit well the volume was good and the sound nice
