I just love all Bose products down to the ear buds to the headphones. The quality and the sound is magnificent.

Not a good product

Not one month after I bought this, there's white noise coming out of the right earphone more during aware mode. I tried the troubleshooting tips they provided but nothing worked. I know this white noise won't be heard when using quiet and immersion modes. Will have to return.

It can be normal to hear a faint mosquito like digital audio artifact when in a quiet environment, not listening to music, and ANC is on high. Bose vs Sumsung

I found that I needed to change the ear pieces, I am disappointed that the one piece that really helps them work is a consumable and only one pair was provided in my size. I have three pairs of Headphones and these ear buds, I do not think the earbuds stack up to Bose quality or reputation. My6 Samsung earbuds have better sound and sealing in the ears. Sad to say the Bose fall short for me.
