AMAZING SOUND!

First and most, I LOVE MY Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds! The battery lasts for a long time, love that! And the sound, it’s AMAZING! But the only thing that bugs me a bit is that sometimes I doesn’t connect to my iPhone automatically, which is no big deal but it would be nice if stays connected until it loses most of its charge. Also,
It would be something that BOSE might want to think about; a way to locate your earbuds, that would be a big plus to get more customers, I think. However, that is not in anyway a negative review of my earbuds, just a recommendation.

The hardware is fantastic but app sucks

I have been using these earbuds for about three weeks and I enjoy their fit and sound. I have no issue with the headphones themselves but I find the companion app to be totally unusable. The level of settings customization is superficial at best. The user interface has buttons that do literally nothing or lead to menus that do nothing. The app was so bad it interfered with the ability of the headphones to pair properly to devices that had it installed. I cannot understate how bad my experience was, I thought the headphones were defective and was considering returning them. As soon as I realized it was the problem and stopped using it (uninstalled it) ALL of my problems with the headphones ceased. Since then I have had a great experience with the headphones.

Great for everyday doing with quality

Buy it 2 weeks ago. Overall excellent. Used in home, light exercise, in a Mall and walking. Everything doing great. Superb noise cancellation and quality. Isolation was full done.

In general, it’s the user experience that disappoints, sound quality is as expected from Bose.
Sound quality is great when working.
Frequent issues with one bud going out or they get slightly out of sync. Sometimes only one bud will activate when putting them in. Seems to be clunky experience when switching between music and a phone call.
