Batteries don’t last as advertised! Supposed to last six hrs on a charge I can only get maybe 4 hrs at most.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this 2 months ago and am kinda disappointed based on the price point and other factors like how it doesn't have a find a earbud feature I always end up losing them the sound quality is good but as someone who had airpods pro I would say they sound better for 50 bucks less the anc is great but as mentioned the airpods pro do the same thing while having more friendly features not trynna say apple is better since the anc is good and quality is great but there is better options I wish I could have stayed with honestly their good but sometimes I do regret buying them if your someone who loses stuff easily these aren't the earbuds for you also it feel from my beds height and broke. Like 3 foot drop so yeah...

I love the buds. The noise cancelation is superb. However, the rubber case is not very good at all. If you're not careful it will slide completely off.

Auto shutdown with Pop sound

My first brand new pair broke, I wrote to Bose and they replaced my pair minus $100 off a new pair. Now, out of nowhere these just shut down with some bass pop sound and then come back on like a reboot.
