Great product and great support!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these new earbuds, the latest and greatest at the time from Bose. They are great! Sound quality, connectivity, battery life, and especially support. When my earbuds had a problem, the helpful supplort people were able to send me a replacement pair brand new! I have always received great support from Bose whhich is why I have been buying Bose, and ONLY Bose, for decades now. They are the best!

The sound is incredible clear instrumental sound while also letting the artists voice come through nicely, the earbud size is definitely an upgrade from the original quiet comfort earbuds sleek and small, noise cancellation I don’t need to even speak for as they are Bose and we all know how they are known for that feature. Overall amazing product

But, this one surpassed my expectations
Two international trips over 8hrs and the aircraft noise simply disappeared!! And has a clear crisp music sound

Fantastic fidelity and Noise Cancelation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have these earbuds for about 3 months. Its fidelity is top notch, providing clear high and mid while keeping good bass without sounding distorted. With addition of EQ, it provides soothing sound for long period of comfortable listening. The noise cancellation feature effectively cancels outside noises of different environments. Immersive audio presents a live listening experience that one never experiences before. I also enjoy the ability to create sound modes with customization to amount of noise canceling. Occasionally, i experienced disconnect for no reason until i turned off multi-point connection as of app version 10.6.5.

AWESOME Quality!!!!

The sound quality is impeccable and the ear adpters make them as snug as. you need them. Bose never diappoints but always goes above and beyond!!! These were so great, I ven bought a pair for my daughter at University!!!

DO NOT BUY- every time you touch your ear the music stops, goes to a different mode etc. There is no way to turn this "feature" off. also, NOT FOR EXERCISE- if you move your head or sweat at all the bud starts to fall out. I have tried all combinations of covers etc. Most of your time will be spent trying to get them seated in your ear again then re-starting your music. DO NOT BUY, IF FREE GIVE TO A FRENEMY!!

When using the earbuds please make sure to touch the sides of the earbuds when adjusting them, as the surface with the Bose logo on it is touch sensitive. The sides of the earbuds are not touch sensitive and will not cause music to be paused or the shortcut to activate when pressed.
