[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Bose quite comfort ear buds a month ago . It was a replacement for my apple earbuds pro . I found them very comfortable and easy to use . Sound quality is excellent . Different modes available are easy to switch between .I use them for work and my gym every day .Sound quality excellent.One feedback to Bose- Do a training session once customer receives the product .Fit excellent.Would definitely recommend it..

My favorite earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These have become my favorite earbuds. The sound is better than any other pair, the noise cancelling is better and the battery has been exactly what I needed. The only knock I can give them is the 'hissing' in aware mode...it's not the cleanest hear-through. I did buy the extra sizes of wings and tips and it helped make the fit super secure for me.

Great sound but bad white noise.

They have exceptional sound quality and the fit is very firm and very comfortable. I work in the trades and do a lot of twisting and turnning on my side and even upside down in crawlspaces. All of the brands i have tried in the past tend to fall out. These have yet to fall out. I will say, these do not have the ability to lower the volume down far enough, and when down all the way there us an annoying white noise like when there is no song paying on any radio and the volume is turned all the way up.

Hello, thanks for leaving your review. It's great to hear you were impressed by the quality and fit of the earbuds! Your review mentioned hearing "white noise." What you are hearing is the noise floor, something which is present in all speakers. The reason you are hearing it when you have no audio playing is because the active noise cancellation is working well! It's suppressing external sounds so you're going to only hear the sound of the speakers in the buds. This is normal behavior, and nothing to be concerned about.

Good for listening bad for calls

I love how they sound, however people on the other end of the call pick up every little bit of background noise on my side. It's to the point in thinking of returning them.
