Really great earbuds

I had a beloved set of QuietComfort earbuds previously but they broke and this replacement pair is even better. The noise cancelation is amazing, and the new immersive feature is...well, completely immersive! Would highly recommend these.

These ultra quiet ear buds are so comfortable and quiet. It's completely takes the cabin noise away on a plane even without music playing.

Great sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these earbuds refurbished about 2 months ago and have been pleased. I've always been a fan of Bose and the sound quality is great, on par with their products. The battery life is good, they last a handful of hours between charges and the case will charge them multiple times before needing to be charged itself. The sound cancelling is really good, not as good as over-the-ear QC ultra headphones, but very good for earbuds. I bought these to replace the Airpod pros I've used the last 4 years. The Bose QCU earbuds sound better, especially with immersive audio, but they are bulkier and I'm much more aware of them in my ear than the Airpods. The case is also bigger but not enough to matter. The case and plastic on the earbuds has a cheap feel to it, but the battery life and sound quality are great which is what matters most to me.
My biggest complaint is about the touch-sensitive controls, and most of my issues with this occur while running or doing something active. By tapping or sliding your finger along the earbud you can play, pause, skip, cycle through sound modes, adjust the volume, etc. This is a nice feature, but it's easy to accidentally pause your music if you need to adjust the earbuds in your ear while running or doing something that may displace them. With AirPods you have to apply pressure to the stem to pause/play or skip songs, but with Bose QCU earbuds it only takes light pressure. I'm a guy but my hair is long, and even a sweaty strand of hair resting on the earbuds can pause the music and/or toggle between quiet-aware-immersion. In the Bose app you can turn off shortcuts to avoid switching between sound modes, but I haven't found a way to turn off the play/pause feature. Overall the earbuds stay in place pretty well so I don't have to adjust them often, and this isn't a huge issue, just something I've noticed that I didn't think about before purchasing.

Decent earbuds, but has its flaws.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty solid earbuds: fits a lot nicer in my ears compared to AirPods and other earbud bands. Noise canceling works fine, waterproof works fine. Only a few complaints: 1st, there’s no way to check the case’s battery level through the Bose app, along with no tracking features, and sometimes it will disconnect and reconnect to my phone multiple times in a few second, fixed by rebooting my phone. The bass also is pretty mid, and dosent have in depth EQ settings and customizations. You’d think they’d have these features given they’re nearly double the price of alternatives with those features, but I’m happy with my purchase none the less.

Truly customizable to each wearer’s unique ear, add the immersive audio, endless customizable quick select functions, and the perfect combination of tips to find optimal comfort. Again and again I return to Bose for my sound needs and am always impressed with the new technology, yet my older stuff still performs well!

Amazing sound quality, fitment is so so…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the sound quality of these ear buds. The Immersion setting is a game changer and the charging case lasts forever before needing a charge. The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars is due to the fit. The new pieces have been difficult for me to get them to fit just right so they don’t feel as secure as my original Quiet Comforts. I have to try and reseat them during workouts. Otherwise I’d be giving them 5 stars. Word of advice, only use the charging cord that comes with them. Using other cords can cause issues.
