Best sound yet

Sound quality, connectivity, battery life, and especially support. When my earbuds had a problem, the helpful supplort people were able to send me a replacement pair brand new! I have always received great support from Bose whhich is why I have been buying Bose, and ONLY Bose, for decades now. They are the best!

I didn't think it was possible to find a more comfortable or better sounding set of earbuds, but I guess I was wrong! It is easy to find the perfect fit with the indipendent fins and ear pieces.These exceeded my expectations!

Worthwhile Investment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these ear buds when I had to return a pair of Bose QuietComfort II earbuds. I was kinda disappointed that I received a more recent version of earbuds because I liked the pair I had. However, I got over my disappointment the first time I used them. I really like the multiple modes. When listening to music, my preference is Immersion mode. However, I try to use this mode sparingly so I am aware of my surroundings. These earbuds are a good investment.
