The sound is great for music, but not the greatest when having a conversation. Others can't hear me as good like my older headset.

Thanks for your review. Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds have an adaptive microphone system that allows you to use them during calls when connected to any smartphone. In addition to traditional calls, the earbuds work with many apps that use Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), such as Teams, Zoom, or FaceTime. The microphone system adapts to your environment to isolate your voice from competing background noises and wind. In addition, self-voice (adjustable in the Bose Music app settings) allows you to hear yourself naturally, as if you weren’t wearing earbuds at all, so you can monitor the volume of your voice and minimize the effects of speaking while wearing earbuds.

Great product line

I’ve had these about three weeks and added as a supplement to my Ultras and Ultra II. So far so good. Pretty much the same features as the Ultra II, but still learning the new stuff.

Easy to use. Really a great product. You can wear them all day. The best part is you can leave them in and switch mode’s quickly. The over ear devices you have to keep taking off in order to have a conversation.

Super Disappointed

I got these for my husband who travels for work. When he called me I could barely hear him and the background noise was super loud. They are not good at all for making phone calls. We were super surprised how horrible they were as we have many Bose products.

Amazing noise cancelling but needs improvement

I love the noise cancelling and better audio especially immersion mode but however I want to know the battery status of the case not just the buds and phone calls are horrible the mics put up everything no one can hear when I talk
