Great sound/ poor fit

The sound quality is awesome along with the ANC. My quietcomforts were always "comfortable" for me. That unfortunately changed with the new design of the ultras. They were very painful to wear for over 20 minutes, even after trying different tips. I returned them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones have a quality of sound that you can only get with other corded headphones. Be careful make sure you’re aware of your surroundings in immersed mode you’ll be too immersed to hear anything.

Outstanding Sound but otherwise problemmatic!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Compared to my Bose (original version) Quiet Comfort Earbuds, these SOUND much better. Unfortunately when I'm out walking with my samsung Galaxy S22 ultra, these new Quiet Comfort Ultras frequently disconnect from bluetooth...then I have to put them back in the case and try several times befire they will reconnect!!!! Also the touch controls on these earbuds DO NOT WORK MOST OF THE TIME.
