Great audio and features!

It's been almost a month since I've used these Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra Earbuds, and they are my go-to earbuds. As soon as you put them on in quiet mode, everything goes silent, and I love the immersive mode! I have a pair of Status Between 3 ANC earbuds that I use after my Bose runs out of charge, but the sound is like night and day. I love my Bose!

Awkward to fit

I bought these to replace the Bose QuietComfort® Earbuds (2020) that I had that just failed after 4 years. While the sound technology has improved, the fitting has taken a big step backwards. I find them uncomfortable and unstable. Very disappointing. I will try buying the Alternate Sizing Kit but it's ridiculous that I have to go through so much trouble and there is no guarantee it will work. The 2020 version was simple, comfortable and stable. I miss them. Also, the 2020 version had a way to tell the charge level in the case. The QuietComfort Ultra Earbud case doesn't have this feature. Another step backwards.

Great sound, poor calls

Sound canceling is phenomenal!

I absolutely love my bose quiet comfort earbuds! Granted, I am a long term BOSE product owner and I was hesitant on purchasing these ear buds when my QC 70 Over the ear headphones worked so well, I took the plunge and I am so glad I did. Immersion is wonderful and so glad I can tune out the sounds (and people) around me.

Connection issues

Connects to my phone but audio glitches and cuts out completely after roughly 5 minutes.. I've had them for about a month

Excellent Earbuds!

These earbuds are fantastic. The noise suppression is excellent. The sound is clear as a bell with highs, midrange and lows all spot on.
