Sound and Silence

I purchased this about a month ago. While the "sound and silence" is phenomenal, the audio connection is not very stable. Also, there are random static sounds that I'm not too thrilled about.
The buds fall out no matter which size tip. That may be my defect, not sure.

Everything about the headphone itself is great, the sound and comfortability. This is the third in ear headphones I've gotten from Bose, the one thing I feel has gotten worse after each generation is the case. It's more and more difficult to take the buds out and putting them back in which each one.

Got these for Christmas as a replacement for some other earbuds that stopped working. These earbuds are excellent, the most comfortable earbuds I've ever worn, with the best sound quality I've had. The earbuds are perfect for everywhere I go, no matter what I do they never fall out. The ambient noise is amazing and so is the noise canceling, immersion mode is beautiful making it feel like the music is being performed around me. The touch controls work flawlessly. 10/10 earbuds!

Sometimes when I take phone calls one ear bud it sounds statically on the other line but overall I love there products I even have the headphones and had them for 2-3 years now keep up the good work.😁
