Crazy features and audio

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did buy this a month ago and I don’t really see any problem with what I bought even being refurbished they were still really good and I feel I’m satisfied especially for what I paid for. The noise cancellation is crazy to me and the immersive mode is phenomenal would recommend!

Buyer beware

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these as I thought they would be an upgrade to the QC Earbuds. I was sadly mistaken. I feel Bose has lost their way. These feel like a downgrade. They are great for the audiofile that just wants to listen to music. They are not good at noise isolation or for talking on the phone. I have had to send these in multiple times for defects. I wish Bose would return to the same level of quality they used to have. They used to set the bar for quality and now they just introduce inferior products and charge the same premium price. These don't live up to the Ultra name and not worth the Ultra price tag.
