Can't express how disappointed I am with these. Connectivity issues and tons of background noise that sounds like a computer which makes listening to anything quietly very annoying. Also if you produce any ear wax and even a bit gets into the little (but very deep) holes right beside the ear piece the headphones break and become unusable while also almost impossible to clean/fix. The only saving grace has been Bose replacing my headphones after I ship back (at my own expense) and wait a few weeks. Now I am about to send back my third pair! Just save yourself the time and buy a different brand or the over ears - Bose really missed the mark on its in ear products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just got these after returning google pixel buds 2 pro and they are incredible. ANC is so good and alor better pb2pro. So happy to spend extra

Absolute waste of money

This is my 2nd set (warranty) and again the right ear bud is blown and slowly the left is going aswell. Phone calls have been absolutely terrible from the start. Music quality was great in the beginning but that quickly depreciated. Now all I hear is crackling and distortion. Absolutely sad. I also cannot return them again as they want me to pay extra for another one of there products that I dont need.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
